With a total of 96 luxurious fully-equipped units our Hotel/Resort has: 68 two bedroom units, 24 three-bedroom units and 4 units that comprise the timeshare sales room and the model apartment, all of them distributed in 6 modules of 4 floors with independent entrance, elevators, and laundry rooms for guests on the roofs.

.In our Hotel/Resort two bedroom units (floors 1, 2 and 3) you can enjoy type A (two corner apartments) that have dining table and are bigger than type B (two central apartments) that are a little smaller and have breakfast bar. Among the three bedroom units on the fourth floors there are type A (two corners apartments), which have two floors, two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the top floor, three bathrooms, wrap around terrace with Jacuzzi; and the type B (two middle apartments), comprised of two floors, two bedrooms on the ground floor, a room on the top floor, three bathrooms and front terrace. All units have queen size bed in the main rooms and two twin beds in secondary rooms, and fully equipped kitchens.

Margarita Island Accomodations

In the Resort/Hotel common areas we offer an outdoor restaurant with covered terrace; a lounge bar that serves food and drinks, has air conditioning, pool table and giant TV screen for sporting events; a Lobby bar; room service until 10:00 pm, daily breakfast buffet and brunch on Sundays; terrace area for special events and barbecues with bathrooms, bar and Jacuzzi. All set in a Latin and tropical atmosphere with Caribbean music in the Lobby, the bar and common areas of the swimming pool, our staff uniformed with sportive and tropical clothing, and extensive green areas with various species of Palm trees, local plants and flowers. (Food and beverage service will be offered from March 2013).
You can also enjoy the service of our activities director for tours, scuba, fishing, golf, eco tours and more. Our Tour assistants in our recreational facilities: children's playground with integrated slides, interactive water park in the pool area with fountains system; a room for teenagers with TV, air conditioning, hockey and soccer tables; a Kids Club with a/c and tv in its interior and exterior terrace with little tables; swimming pool with deck chairs in the water, and a children's pool area; a Spa with two massage rooms, gym, sauna, baths and lockers.
